2. Is Egas a model agency?

2. No we are not an agency we are a connection platform/community where we connect and educate our users.

3. Egas provides endless opportunities for models and brands. Never before has a service been so easy, honest, transparant, secure, effective and truly global.

4. How does it work?

4. Take 3 shots with your mobile profile and 2 enprofile then press, leave your name and contact details and press send. Within 24 hours you will receive the results and further instructions ( if you gained access)

5. Can I have a private account instead of a public?

5. You can bring put your status on unpublish. This way nobody sees your profile.

6. Im allready a model how would Egas help me if I allready have an agency?

6. Absolutly, an agency and Egas wont bite you from our side. We only bring you directly in contact with the contractor.

7. How do I become a member?

Egas provides endless opportunities for models and brands. Never before has a service been so easy, honest, transparant, secure, effective and truly global.

8. What do I need to do after signing up?

8. Complete your profile, by following the instructions/steps. which we will provide you after you received the confirmation of becoming an Egas member.

9. Can I search and get in contact with other member on the site?

As a Talent, you can send an application and via that application, you can get in touch. Since we protect your intrest & Privacy, this is the only way to get connected.

10. Can I follow other models or brands?

10. Egas delivers a matchmaking for Jobs | Assignments | Projects. So Egas is not a social media platform.

11. By joining Egas will I be guaranteed work?

Egas provides a matchmaking platform between Clients (Brands) and Talents (Models). It's up to the market, not to Egas.

12. Do I have a contact person?

12. You can always get in contact with our costumer service. 

13. Can I see which brand is online?

13. You can apply if you want to know more about a Job you can get In touch via Application.

14. Can I reach out to brands by Egas?

14. You can't do any out reach, you can reply on the job.

15. How can they contact me?

15. The brands will navigate the profiles of talent of there choice, connect with them and send them a direct message to invite them to theire casting.

16. What if there is a disput with the client?

16. Contact Client if it's a Job related issue. If it's a technical issue, please contact us any time if there is any issue.

17. What if the client/model cancels last minute?

17. Please contact Client. Maybe they shall reschule?

18. What if I forgot my password?

18. If you forgot your password but still remember the email, click or tap  Forgot  password and you will be emailed a link to reset your password.



2. About your Egas. profile

1. What kind of pictures should I upload?

1. All pictures should be off high resolution quality. This is allso import incase the client want to print your book.

2. How can I edit my profile info?

2. Log in using your Egas username and password. Once you are logged in, click on "Edit profile"

3. How can I create a portfolio or setcard?

3.Log in using your Egas username and password Once you are logged in, In the lefthand menu click on "My presentation" -> Photobook, or in the navigation tab "Photogallery" -> Portfolio or setcard Click on the V button "add portfolio" Select the pictures you want to upload from your computer Click on open add title, descriptions and tags and save it!

4. How can I edit or delete a portfolio or setcard or add more photos?

4.Log in using your Egas username and password. Once you are logged in, In the lefthand menu click on "My presentation" -> Portfolio, or in the navigation tab "Photogallery" -> Portfolio You will now be taken to the Portfolio management page. On this page, select the photobook that you wish to edit or delete To delete one of the shots in the Portfolio, simply click on the "X" below each photo (when the Portfolio is open under the edit function). Other way: in your main profile page, place the mouse over the Portfolio cover and click in Edit or delete. Don't forget to save the changes at the end of the process!

5. How can I choose the main cover photo ( big one ) for my profile? - MUST BE A FRONTAL FACE PICTURE

5.Log-in (Sign-in) using your Egas username and password. Once you signed-in, click on "My Settings" under "My Profile"  picture (right on your screen).  You can select within the Personal Information section the option of  Select Photo, please click on Select and after that, Upload. Do't forget to save the changes at the end of the process!

6. How can I add my own taggs?

6. Yes you can. While creating your profile you can attach al different kind of tags. So go back to setting-profile and tags. This is within the Portfolio section within the Settings area. Under Projects you can adjust, add or change.

7. How do brands find me?

7.We have created a powerful database and search engine to ensure that brands can look for exactly what they need. If you have what it takes, they will find you! Another way to find you is when brands create castings: they use our search system to invite all the models they think have potential.

8. Why doesn't my profile appear online just after I created it?

8. Because we moderate it first!. That means that we check through every single account to avoid unsavory or offensive images, scams or any other issues. Patience we will be quick within 24 hours.

9. How can I delete my account?

9. You can delete your profile via your Profile settings. Note that if you got a paid Job, we need to store your data profile required for Law regulations (Tax).

10. How can I change or reset my password?

10. If you forget your password, you can request a password reset by selecting 'Forgot Password' on the log in screen. Enter the email that you used to create your Egas profile and further instructions will be sent to your email.

11. What system security level measures does Egas provide?

11.Egas has multiple layers of state-of-the-art technology in place to protect sensitive information. From SSL encryption, to authorization tokens in HTTP requests, we make sure that your privacy is protected. Payment transactions are compliant with top-level security standards thanks to Stripe.

12. What do I do in case of emergencies?

12.If you are in immediate threat, call 112.

13. How do I protect the security of my egas account?

13.Never share your password and beware of phishing attempts. Egas will never ask for your password. We also recommend that you change your password every 90 days. If you log in from a friend's device, remember to log out after use.

14. Report subsected vulnerabilities?

15. Snapshot troubles

15. Because an accurate score depends on a good measurement, the service needs time to capture the right points.

If you experience trouble with taking the snapshot, our advise is: Please sit down steady on a chair an straight. And try to only move your mobile. Please look at the 'balls' on the left. If you need help, please contact us via Support@egas.world

Brands.

1. Creating an account

1Please select the button FOR BRANDS on the homepage. Then press sign-up, or select sign/up within the menu.

2. How do I start?

2. As for the models and the clients perspective we try to ensure that every contact is a pleasend experience. So, before you get searching and book models, we need to verify your account. Please finalize your profile, By doing this your helping us to learn more about your company, business and project/s. Once you’ve completed filling in your profile/account, click ‘save and for verification’, and we will automaticlly verify your account. Once this is done you can begin setting up jobs and booking models.

3. How do the models get payed?

3. Paying will be by electronic payments, so we are set up for payment via SEPA, bank transfer, Ideal, bancontact etc. Your payment must be done before the shooting takes place. Through the flow of booking you will be automaticly endup in the last flow of the payment through our payment processor. The payment will be stalled at our escrow account. After the shoot is perceived as positive we transfer the money to the model. All of this will happen within 48 hours. Within these 48 hours client as model has both the time to share there experience from both sides. Once this has been positve the money will be transferd.

4. How do I get in contact with the models?

4. Once your loggedin on your account and opened your dashboard you have serval ways of reaching out to models. If you go to quick search press on the model your interesseted in and followup by pressing the offer job button. By pressing this button you can reach-out to any model on the platform. 

5. Is Egas an agency?

5.  Egas is not an agency we are a digital marketplace where we connected brands and models. As a facilitator. An one stop shop for models, smartcontracting and much more.

6. What are the costs?

6. We only charge 10% of the transfer fee as our commission.

7. Can I as a save even more money as a client?

7. In fact you can, If your company is shooting for 30K+ a year then we advise you to consider an Egas monthly membership for unlimited bookings. For our membership please click here: https://egas.world/egas-smart-matchmaking/brands/#

8. What happends when the model is beeing totally onprofessional?

8. In case you have a bad expierence with the model please let us know by filling in the review tabel by pressing the amount of stars and your comment. Also dont forget to create a dispute. When this happens we wont pay-out the money untill the dispute has been solved.

9. What to do when a model doesnt show up.

9.  Since Egas is only a facilitator, but it is expected that models will act professionally and show up for the jobs to which they have previously confirmed. No-shows will result in fees charged to Talent equal to 100% of the agreed upon job fee.

10. How do I create a job?

10. By opening your dashboard and go to create project. By filling in these forms you will be automaticlly generate your new project. For an overview of all your listed projects please select my projects.

11. Can I authorize someone else to manage my bookings, like a business relation or an staff member?

11. We provide a childaccount, with this childaccount you can assign the person who you wish to authorize and arrange your bookings. By doing this your still in controle of your own budget. So no suprises and higher costs.
